CoinWings Heatmap is designed to provide instant insight into the price performance, market structure, and short-term capital flows across the entire cryptocurrency market. Through color, size, and sorting, you can grasp overall market heat, trending sectors, and strength distribution at a glance. This is a free feature available to all users. This tutorial will help you quickly master the Heatmap.I. How to Access the Heatmap
- Open the CoinWings App
- Tap “Home” in the bottom navigation bar
- Switch to “Heatmap” at the top
You’ll see a full-market token performance matrix sorted by market cap or trading volume.II. Heatmap Interface ExplainedThe Heatmap consists of the following key components:1) Top Tabs: Market Cap / VolumeSwitch between two display modes:
- Market Cap: Tokens sorted from largest to smallest market cap
- Volume: Shows the most actively traded tokens by 24h volume
The selected mode affects the size and order of each tile.2) Color Represents Price ChangeThe system automatically uses red/green to indicate gains/losses:
- Green (Rise): Price up — deeper green = larger gain
- Red (Fall): Price down — deeper red = larger drop
- Light shades: Minor change (slight up or down)
Example: ETH +1.31% → light green
Example: LTC -1.06% → light red
3) Tile Size = WeightLarger tiles represent higher significance:
- In Market Cap mode: Bigger tile = larger market cap (e.g., BTC, ETH)
- In Volume mode: Bigger tile = higher 24h trading volume
By combining tile size and color, you can instantly answer:
“Which token has the highest volume? Which has the biggest market cap? Who’s pumping? Is the market up or down overall?”
