Thank you for choosing CoinWings Pro. If your Pro subscription is not activated after completing your payment, please follow the steps below:


✅ Step 1: Verify your payment d​etails

🔹 Is the address correct?

Please ensure you have transferred USDC / USDT to the exclusive payment address assigned by the system. Each user has a unique address — do not copy someone else’s.


🔹 Is the network correct?

Currently, only USDC or USDT payments via the Solana network (SOL) are supported.

❗ Do not use ERC20, BSC, or any other networks. Payments sent via unsupported networks will not be credited.


🔹 Is the amount accurate?

We recommend transferring the exact amount prompted by the system. A large discrepancy between the actual and suggested amount may result in failed recognition.


⏱ Step 2: Wait patiently for the payment to be credited​

Most payments are credited within 1–5 minutes. However, during network congestion or peak periods, delays may occur.


📌 If more than 15 minutes have passed and the payment is still not credited,

please go to the App:

to check your subscription status and purchase history.


📤 Step 3: Contact customer support


If your payment was successful but not yet credited, please submit an issue through the following steps:

  2. Provide the following information so we can assist you faster:


📧 Registered email or User ID

🔗 TXID (Transaction Hash)

💵 Payment amount and time

💼 Wallet address and network used


🕐 We will verify your details and respond as soon as possible.

Typically, the issue will be resolved within 24 hours through manual review and reactivation.
